Do I get one to one time with Chelsea?
Yes! I can't wait to meet you. As soon as you enroll, you will get an email to schedule your one-on-one coaching calls. We meet once each week This journey is not a one-size-fits-all. I know how unique you are and do my very to individualize your journey!

How long is the course?
We spend 4 transformative weeks together. During this time I will fully support you in becoming the most confident, joyful, and free version of yourself.

how many 1:1 sessions does the course include?
We meet together once each week for four weeks. I add an additional call at the end of your journey. I'm committed to watching you bloom you get 5 intensive hours of 1:1 time with me, spread across 30 days!

Is the course self paced?
You get access to a library of dynamic videos to work through at your own pace. You will learn about food, Ayurveda, meditation the mind, happiness, and how to build a life of freedom. You will have access to this content for one year!
